WHY SHE'S MS. BROADWAY: In 1977, she took Broadway and the world by storm as Little Orphan Annie. She would later star in the West End production, and as an adult, even appeared in the TV film version and in a regional production as Miss Hannigan! Since Annie, she has done it all... regional theatre, one woman shows, National Tours, and several other shows on Broadway. And what a range! From Mama Rose in Gypsy to Eva Peron in Evita to both Fantine AND Eponine in Les Miserables. She has also appeared on stage with her daughter, Alexis Kalehoff, in Blood Brothers and currently in the New York Musical Theatre Festival production of Greenwood.
